The latest car control day is now live on the MoT website. These epic days are held on the smooth car parks at Silverstone. With plenty of space to control and loose control and tyre and rim rental available a far better day in December than Christmas shopping.

Tyres and rim rental

MINT TYRES (Steve 0787 9998 578 or solutions@minttyres.com )



Tyre Change £5.00 per rim
All Drift Tyres £2.50 each
New Valves - £2.00 fitted
Disposal - £2 per tyre
Puncture repairs from £1/£6
Rim rental - £20.00 per pair, per day and includes first set of tyres (Jap mainly, pcd 114.3)
99Ron Fuel - £25.00 per 20ltr can

Example: 2 drift tyres supplied and fitted including disposal of old ones £19.00

These are not balanced as they're not normally on long enough to worry about.

If balancing is required by some of your clients then please let me know asap.

If Rim rental is required then please get your clients to contact me direct, these are stored at Santa Pod so would require some advance notice to get them out of storage. Sizes available for rent 15's (4x114.3), 16's (5x114.3), 17's (4x114.3 and 5x114.3) and 18's (5x114.3)

If your clients are in need of any drift rubber then please get them to e-mail me direct stating, which event/date, tyre size and quantity required.

195/50/15 are available but we collect to order, normally hold at least 10 in stock
205/55/16 are kept in stock (200+) most commonly used 16" tyre
205/45/17 are available but we collect to order, normally hold at least 10 in stock
225/40/18 are kept in stock (50+) most commonly used 18" tyre

Fitting tyres that are supplied by you or them is not a problem, they just pay for whatever service they use.
