I was thinking of putting mine forward, Silver Mk1.

What would be the schedule/requirements on the day of the show? Meeting times, staying until the end of the day etc?

If I remember rightly from Donington, once you are on the stand you are there for the day and not allowed to go until the finish.
Cerbs might be able to give a bit more information soon, I have no other information at the moment.

Another vamp to list: Russell Moulder can’t make it now, so down to seven at the moment, but with the possibility that one special car might be able to join us to make eight.

2 - Phillip Cotton Mk2
5 - Oliver James Louis Sparkes Mk1
13 - Alex Thompson Mk1
9 - Vic Craft Mk2
4 - James Peach Mk1
3 - Chris Beech Mk1
11 - Ken Morris Mk2
The format of the day is not confirmed yet, but believe that we may need to be there about an hour before the gates open. Whether individuals can leave before the close I'm not sure, but we may need a hand packing up the gazebo at the end of the day. I will find a meeting place close to the event so we can all arrive together. Ken.

Edit: List changed again.

Less than one week to go and we still have no info on the passes. My thoughts are that probably others will be picking the MacDonalds car park as a meeting place, so how about using this layby just up the road instead? Are there any P5ers on our stand that are not MX5OC members?

So, still no info coming out of the MX5OC with regards to stand passes or the entry time. The meeting point will be Waitrose carpark in the centre of Alcester next to the traffic Island. Can we make meeting time for 9.00-9.30am and leave for Ragley shortly afterwards. We may need tinkering time for setting up Gazebo etc before the gates open at 10.30. Don't forget to bring chairs.

Cerbs has now managed to get hold of the stand passes, which I now have. Good news is we do not have to erect the Gazebo as one will be already erected for us. Good chap that Cerbs, area stand vehicles are wanted at the rear gate at 9.30. Mirror hangers are required or you may be paying £10.00

And a big thank you to all those that took part in the stand. Quite a busy day, only manage to take a few snaps.
